Today is my first "official" day of spring break and it's pretty chilly and gloomy outside. I plan on spending the rest of my week outside because it's supposed to be nice. However, today maybe the best exercise is some mall walking and shopping! This way I am getting out of the house but I'm still getting some exercise. Besides, what's better than checking out all the new spring styles! This week make it a priority to do something for you such as taking a walk, going shopping, getting a pedicure, or just reading a book out under the warm sun. These little breaks help reduce your stress level and take away the negative energy that may be building in you. MONDAY Breakfast - Jenny Craig Breakfast Stuffed Sandwich Banana 1 cup fat-free organic milk Lunch - 2 oz. grilled chicken on whole wheat bun with tomatoes and lettuce Fat-free yogurt Snack - Apple Dinner - 2 oz. Laura's Lean Beef with 2 oz. whole wheat pasta and light marinara Broccoli with 1 tbsp. margarine Snack - 100 calorie pack
