Jenny Craig has come out with a new seasonal breakfast: Pumpkin Cranberry Miniloaf. It's absolutely divine and only 150 calories, 2g of fat. This week I'll add a new recipe each day that you can make with your own pumpkin puree.
Low-Fat Whole Wheat Pumpkin Pancakes
Whisk dry and wet ingredients separately.
Fold wet ingredients into dry
Spray nonstick pan with fat-free olive oil spray.
Pour in 1/3 cup batter for each pancake.
Cook pancakes about three minutes per side.

Serving size - makes 8 pancakes. It's only 99.4 calories, 1.6 cal, 262 sodium!
