Thank goodness it is cooling down - this means fall is finally here. I love the change in seasons. The trees turning colors and the weather getting chillier for bonfires can only mean one thing: my son is coming soon! On this beautiful day I have also had some personal sadness. I am going to hope and pray that today is the end of this sadness and that it marks the beginning of a new start and a lot of healing. For personal reasons I am not at liberty to share what the sadness is as it did not happen to me and is not my news to share. However, once again, I think I love too much (this is what I love and drives me crazy about my own Mom!) and instead of being a good support system I end up a mess! i'm sure pregnancy hormones do not help either. LOL, because they certainly do not give me any control of my emotions. Hopefully soon instead of being a big ball of tears I will soon be that support system for the ones I love.
SATURDAY
Breakfast -
1/4 cup Break-free eggs, 1 turkey sausage, 1 slice of whole wheat toast
Banana
1 cup fat-free organic milk
Lunch -
SUBWAY
turkey on a flatbread with pickles, lettuce, and tomato
Snack -
Apple
Dinner -
2 oz. whole grain rice, broccoli, 2 oz. chicken with a dash of low-sodium soy sauce
Snack -
1/8 slice of fat-free angel food cake
