I haven't had many weird food cravings yet. If anything I feel like I've had the opposite. I pretty much hate all foods until I see one that I must have. All the things I loved eating before (salad, ranch dressing, Jenny Craig Breakfast Stuffed Sandwiches, snacks at night, spray butter, etc.) I pretty much can't stand now. The only craving that's been unusual was when I saw an Arby's commerical. I had to have an Arby's sandwich (ha! it still sounds good!) and my husband was kind enough to pick some up after work one evening. I thought I would eat so healthy while I was pregnant but it seems that I can only stomach certain things and if that's what I want I might as well eat it otherwise I just don't see me eating at all because the other food repulses me. Strange, isn't it?
THURSDAY
Breakfast -
2 Kashi Waffles with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup
Banana
1 cup fat-free organic milk
Lunch -
Cedarlane Bean & Cheese Burrito
Carrots
Fat-free yogurt
Snack -
Tangelo
Dinner -
Jenny Craig Chicken Fettucine
Carrots with 2 tbsp. light ranch
Snack -
1/8 slice of sugar-free angel food cake
